Arrive 15 minutes before your class starts to check in; respect your teacher and fellow students—late arrivals are not allowed, as missing the warm-up is both unsafe and disruptive.
I LOVE the Tiger-Mom Aerial Hoop Studio! I came in with no experience and immediately fell in love. Each lyra class feels perfectly paced, with a ton of new moves but also reviewing moves you’ve learned before. The studio community is super supportive. Each set that Carolyn creates seems perfectly designed to touch on a bunch of different muscle groups so that no one ends up frustrated or burnt out. HIGHLY recommended and so much fun!
Carolyn has got me hooked on aerial hoop classes! Her commitment to spreading positivity is clear through the way she teaches and encourages her students. The small lyra classes also allow her to give each student the individualized attention they need to help them make progress on their own aerial hoop journey. I absolutely love going to class and I highly recommend it!!! 🙂
