Amazing flexibility class of much needed stretching with an attentive instructor who adapts the stretch per student’s body and need. The stretching can change based on what the students wanted to focus on at the time. Forward fold, hamstrings, straddle, quads, toe point, splits, you name it and the instructor will help you stretch!
